Somebody has been giving their customers the wrong address to return items to and UPS has been dropping them off at my house for about 2 weeks now. The labels have my street address but not my Zip code. UPS is not even knocking on the door when they drop the boxes off.

Just over a week ago, I walked out of @THATConference and headed off to the ER. I was so hot my glasses were fogged up, and I was about to pass out. My heart was at/over 160bmp, and my heart didn't feel right. I was light-headed, dizzy, scared, and angry at myself all at the same time.

This same thing happened the day before, but it went away after a few hours.

I'd felt something similar before, but never this bad, minutes, not hours. I thought it was just anxiety with all things life.

It wasn't; it was AFib with RVR.

Laying in the ER, my wife was in tears, telling me this has to stop; you have to make changes.

She's right, dead right ( pun intended ). I could have been dead right there in the middle of the convention center floor because I thought I would walk it off. I was trying to put the anxiety and the stresses of business in check.

The best time to change this was 25 years ago; the second best time is now.

I'm scared as hell but motivated.
