@rjh44249@GreenBhoy1967 No, it involves the suppression of democracy.
Devolution was enacted (supposedly) to provide a small space for Scottish politics, away from Westminster/England.
Instead, WM parties invent and fund pretend "Scottish parties" to continue WM interference in Holyrood.
@ScotNational The situation in Scotland :
UK unionist parties use Electoral Commission "Descriptions" to present to the public non-existent "Scottish" parties - despite the Electoral Commision's own rules explicitly forbidding this :

@paulhutcheon "Scottish Labour" is not a party, but a *name* used by the Labour Party for its Scottish operations, and registered as such by them at the Electoral Commission.
This "Scottish"-branded fake party facilitates London Labour's interference in Scottish politics.
Ther's yer "link".
@ArthurCDent@DukeZer0 Robert Black KC, Professor Emeritus of Scots Law at the University of Edinburgh.
The 1707 Treaty of Union was never honoured/enacted - no new British State was created.
The coerced "Union" was simply a cosmetic rebranding of the English State to include the territory of Scotland:
@ArthurCDent@DukeZer0 Terrible example - Scotland was effectively annexed, and is treated as a region of England. Scotland's parliament is a subordinate branch of Westminster (and can be disolved by WM). Scotland's oil revenues go directly to London.
Scotland isn't allowed to run its own broadcasting.
@DannyConway1875@J4m35c4mpb3ll "Britain/UK" is the cosmetic re-branding of the English State.
The Treaty of Union was never enacted - no new "British State" was ever created.
England simply annexed Scotland (and later Ireland), and continued the English State - rebranded as "Britain/UK".
@DannyConway1875@J4m35c4mpb3ll They're English parties.
Devolution was supposedly about creating a space for Scottish politics away from Westminster.
Why should England's WM parties be allowed to create fake "Scottish parties" in a devolved parliament?!
These "Scottish parties" are not even registered parties!
@Ross_Mitchell11@SymbolStones Meanwhile The Sun's headline for England qualifying :
"TUCH DOWN - England qualify for World Cup 2026".
England fans of course have never been known for drinking alcohol.
@Mawface1@thomsonchris Ye've had yer referendum!
We had a "referendum" with massive interference from outwith Scotland - from England's politicians, media, businessmen, BBC.
Run by the Electoral Commission [London], with ballot irregularities and no independent observers.
And no Scottish broadcaster.
@Mawface1@thomsonchris Devolution was (supposedly) about creating a small space for Scottish politics, away from Westminster.
However, WM parties created fake "Scottish" parties in order to subvert and interfere in even this "devolved" space.
Scots are not even *allowed* to run our own broadcasting.
@Mawface1@thomsonchris Most of my 60yr life's been spent under England's rightwing Tory party - who Scots haven't elected since 1955; the rest under England's Labour party. Both enforce economic policy designed for London. Scotland remains an underdeveloped country, its oil and now electricity removed.
@HeraldSportScot@mcgowan_stephen Denmark isn't suffering economically by being controlled by the country next door; nor does it have a non-Danish media constantly telling Danes how pish their country is.
@JPThrough1@PeterStefanovi2 How dare poor people living in hopelessly depressing economically abandoned areas have anything but the absolute necessities.
