@KenyaAirways this was my first ever experience of travelling through Kenyan airways and frankly it has been worst one. I was travelling from DXB to Nairobi to Kigali on 5th July 0145 KQ 311 & KQ 470. My luggage was supposed to be transferred from Nairobi to Kigali and not done
