And I am *more* than happy to run a summer program for kids! I just need more than 2 weeks of planning (during my most stressful month) (after this hell’s cape of a school year) to do it.

There are 11 school days left in this year and my superintendent called a (virtual) meeting to see about setting up a summer program for *this* year. I may or may not have laughed in his (virtual) face.

To be fair, I had been planning a proposal to the BOE last year for a summer program but gave up when the world exploded and then I figured there would be no funding for this year.
