OTR file is pending with @DoptSecretary @DoPTGoI since last 3.5 months.l

Since the notification of new RR in 2015.., @cbic_india could not give a single promotion on the basis of new qualifying service of mammoth 10 yrs. But in @IncomeTaxIndia same cadre of TAs are getting promotion in 3 yrs. Are we being left out intentionally

Without future prospect life gets dull and it negatively affects our productivity... When we know we are hardly going to have any promotion it is very difficult to boost our morale up. promotion in 10 years is equal to no promotion at all. @cbic_india

It seems minis. cadre doesn't perform any significant work whereas the base is strengthen by us
@cbic_india that's why @DoPTGoI is playing with OTR file since 3months. When the chairman himself neglects it's own employees then what can we expect from DOPT

We are being shown Conduct Rules, Social Media policy etc. If you ( @cbic_india ) had followed and these rules, held JCM, resolved issued, we would haven't choose this path... The rules are for each and everyone. @DoPTGoI

@nareshpenumaka @nsitharaman @ianuragthakur @cbic_india @IRS_IN Sir, CBIC RRs should be vaccinated. Everybody knows how RRs in CBIC are seriously contaminated and who will come to fight this virus. So, higher officials should rethink about the career prospects in CBIC.
