Hey @FACEITSupport I have a twin brother who plays Faceit actively on his own pc with his own steam account. I own one steam account with my own pc so 2 different pcs. I have only owned one and only Faceit account, no more.

I have read multiple reddit posts with the similar problem. So the problem occurs because we are twins? Even though It sounds ridiculous given that we have different first names. @FACEITSupport

One of the days when I tried to verify my account again, my brothers account got suddenly unverified? If it wasn’t me trying to verify my faceit account then what else had caused the unverification of my brothers faceit account?

@FACEITSupport I’ve tried to find help in reddit, discord, ticket support, X and got no help. When I try to verify my account in my own pc, it tells me that I have an another account verified with same information even though I do not.

Hello @FACEITSupport. I have problem with the ID verification. I’ve searched reddit posts and discord with the same issue. Apparently if having a twin brother then the system confuses them as one.

My faceit use is y0roi and my brother is mics.

I’ve tried everything but still got no help. Please @FACEITSupport my brother recently got unverified but he verified again. Why else would he get unverified if it wouldn’t be me trying to verify. I can provide any document you request.
