EC rule says that you can’t move voters from even their house to polling booths but BJP sent people from Haryana to Bihar by Train without charging them any fare. EC did nothing.

And we all saw how they let the money transfer to women’s account happen even during voting.

Not at all. Rs 10,000 to Bihar was what Ladki Bahini was to Maharashtra. What Labharthi was to UP. What Free bijli was to Delhi. What Loan Waivers were for UPA in 2009. For the victor - social welfare. For the loser - revadi.

A lot of people believe that Vote manipulation accounts for the landslide win of NDA in Bihar. While there was vote manipulation, it would not account for >3% vote. This landslide can only be explained by the 10,000 Rs bribe from public funds given to >1.5 Cr women on the eve of elections. This should have been prevented by ECI as they did earlier in TN & Rajasthan etc.
This result shows that it becomes virtually impossible to defeat a combination of money & control of EC & media, especially if you can use public funds to bribe voters. Very worrying for our Electoral democracy
