AI is an incredible thinking tool.
It helps hold context for thinking that would never fit in your head (not without years of practice in the specific topic) and allows for progress.

If thinking is hindered by AI, it likely wouldn't have happened in the first place without it

Writing emails with AI still seems crazy to me. Of the 100% that makes up a task, the 1-2% of communicating key info with other humans are the last we should give up on.
Make it shorter, make it simpler, but keep it yours.
