As a long time @AirCanada customer, who’s just lost $$ and critical time for a family trip due to flight cancellation, I don’t think it would be possible for the company, leaders and Tech team to handle this any worse. It’s by far the worst breakdown of a company I’ve ever seen.

European colonial powers
weren’t kind or benevolent; each sought to loot the world.

Any good that came from Empire is testament to the grit of the colonized,not the colonizer.

The Brits abolished the “Slave Trade” in 1807; but not slavery itself in the colonies.

The Empire did not end slavery; the abolitionist citizens of good conscience did.
