@MTNNG since you know you cannot keep to this attached screenshot why lie about it. I should be patient and reversal has been approved for how long? AI keeps responding to me and your customer service representative keeps saying the portal to attend to the issue is down.

@MTNNG it's more than 3 weeks, I have made a complaint and nothing has been done. If you cannot move the data from the wrong number to the right one. Kindly assist to turn the data as airtime back to my line which is the originating line. Or do you intentionally want the data
