@ET_arunkumar I have suggestion to make it possible. Mr Kejriwal may initiate it without making politics or fight. Just recall in our college days, ladies special. They may instead request Union Government /Metro Rail to run 3-4 trip of metro in a day as ladies special.

Impossible to implement free travel to women in the Delhi metro as someone to bear the cost. What would be the mechanism to fund this plan. In case Delhi Govt issue charged cards for women, it's bound to be misused by male as there is no human intervention at entry gate.

@SaritasinghET @EconomicTimes Observation is very correct. It will further increase because parents now understand the value to educate their girl child in the far flung villages. Government has played a big role by providing motivation to poor families by giving them free education among others.
