OUT NOW - 'Call To Silence', out on Passed Recordings, is a look at the nature of solitude through a collection of dark drone ambient tracks. Find it on @Bandcamp and @ampwall below. Thanks to Exit Chamber for mastering

@LovecraftLuci I see these kinds of lists every so often. No one ever mentions Michael Brook. When he kicks on the distortion about 2 mins in - perfection!🤌

@sixscosepoise Remarkably (or perhaps not?) seems to use the same username logic that pornbots infesting this site use - vague seeming kind of real names that with half a second of common sense it's easy to tell they're not real names or people.
@bennjordan "Upset" isn't quite right, but some of the stock plugins from various DAWs (Logic is the only one I know well, so Chroma and SilverVerb) - at least a nod to stock DAW plugins is warranted, I think.
Do some laundry, release an EP, lament the news in the music industry, clean the bathrooms, eat some leftovers, work on new stuff . . .

@91X I like the list - lots of good choices! To those lamenting some things that maybe are absent, 40 years is back to 1983, so maybe a few of those are . . . too old (like me!). Also, there’s a typo in #38.
@aplaceforowls On Granada, I feel like I managed to combine some various threads of musical ideas into something cohesive and unique. It was also a tone of fun to make.

My new EP - Vista Ladero - is out today! Featuring four ambient and dark ambient instrumentals, it chronicles a scary fire season in the foothills many moons ago. Available in all the usual haunts (Bandcamp, YouTube, Spotify, Apple Music, etc.). Cheers!
