Bae U to Dangote: you don’t have to stand, sit down, it’s fine. Most of the interviews we see you in are on the platforms that my generation doesn’t watch. I think it’s high time we had the man with the biggest refinery on the biggest show on YouTube. Curiosity made me ask, when do you think we can have you, sir?
Dangote:
We keep telling young girls to be careful and stay safe, but how often do we actually fix the systems that make the world unsafe for them?
This is a reminder to look out for the girl child and do more for them!
The Nigeria Labour Congress, NLC, has given the Federal Government a two-week ultimatum to take urgent measures to reduce the price of petrol and commence the renegotiation of the national minimum wage, warning that failure to meet its demands could trigger further action by the labour movement.
The ultimatum was contained in a communiqué issued after a joint meeting of the NLC National Executive Council, NEC, and Central Working Committee, CWC, held at Labour House, Abuja.
NLC in a communique by its President, Joe Ajaero said the deadline would begin on Friday, October 9, and called on its affiliates and progressive allies to remain on high alert and prepared for what it described as “decisive efforts” against policies it considers detrimental to workers and the wider population.
Some men are scared of marriage not because they don’t want a wife, but because they’re afraid of losing their peace. And honestly, unnecessary drama, constant conflict, disrespect, and lack of communication can destroy even a marriage that started with genuine love. But let’s be fair, men can also be the source of the chaos. Marriage requires peace, understanding, respect, accountability, and emotional maturity from BOTH sides. Love is not enough if there is no peace. What do you think? Are people becoming afraid of marriage because of what they see happening in other people’s marriages?
Let’s hear the honest truth in the comments. 👇🏽
