We got charged the wrong storage Fees on February 4th by Amazon
They still have not refunded us…
They tried to charge the wrong amount again in March but our bank declined as we didn’t have enough balance

That’s absolutely ridiculous. Why are you doing this to a small business and making our life so hard for no reason

@amznsellerhelp To be very honest so far your responses have not been encouraging. You are telling us to wait more time when our account is suspended because you tried to charge us the wrong amount for the second month in a row. We have no money now and the situation is terrible
