I visited a restaurant and made an order.

While waiting for my food, I started taking pictures like I always do.

A staff from management approached me and said taking pictures in their restaurant costs 100k

I thought they were joking.

I reminded them that I had already placed an order worth 50k. They said it didn’t matter and that I must pay 100k before taking pictures.

At that point, I was confused.

How will I pay to snap with my own phone, still buy food, and then pay another 100k just for pictures?

I simply asked them to cancel my order and left.

I went to another restaurant instead, and this was how I spent my Sunday.

Abuja restaurants are gradually retiring me from going out because this is not even my first experience. This one was just the worst.

Imagine 100k in this Tinubu regime?
Even if I don’t know what to do with money, paying 100k to snap with my phone inside a restaurant will never make the list. I rather give it to my parents biko 😅
