Extremely disappointed with @HeroMotoCorp and Himgiri Automobiles. They verbally promised a written guarantee that my Karizma XMR's recurring defects are finally fixed. Instead of sending the guarantee, they are now threatening me with parking charges! Where is the accountability
This is not about one customer.

If a flagship motorcycle can stall at 70 km/h, how many others are at risk?
Meanwhile, he is spending thousands on daily cabs because he refuses to ride something that shuts off at highway speeds.
He has demanded:
✔ 100% full refund
OR
✔ Brand new replacement
Nothing less.
Right now, the bike is still at the service center.
Instead of replacing a clearly defective machine, senior management is offering a depreciated valuation.
Why should a customer bear losses for a manufacturing defect?
The service center admitted they didn’t even have the required parts.
Yet they claimed the bike was fixed.
Imagine being told your vehicle is safe and it stalls again on the road.
Since purchase, the bike has:
• Overheated repeatedly
• Died mid-traffic multiple times
• Been kept in service for 11 days straight
• Broken down just 1 km after being “repaired”
This is not inconvenience. This is danger.
@HeroMotoCorp
While riding at 60–70 km/h on a busy highway, the bike suddenly shut down completely.
No warning. No error sign. Just dead.
In the middle of traffic.
One second difference could have meant a fatal accident.

How a “Flagship Bike” Almost Cost My Friend His Life
My friend @RahulTiwar41118 bought a Hero Karizma XMR in October 2024 with excitement and trust.
Within just 7,500 km, the engine head, piston rings, and starter motor were replaced FOUR TIMES.
But that wasn’t the worst part.
