I almost lost my life because of my @HeroMotoCorp Karizma XMR. While riding at 60-70 kmph on a busy highway, the bike suddenly shut down completely. This has happened multiple times. This bike is a DEATH TRAP, not a flagship motorcycle.@ConsumerVoiceIn
I have been a loyal @HeroMotoCorp customer for years, with 6 Hero bikes in my family (Splendor, Xtreme, Scooty, Karizma XMR). I never expected such pathetic customer treatment! My experience has been so terrible that I promise to never buy a Hero vehicle again.
Extremely disappointed with @HeroMotoCorp and Himgiri Automobiles. They verbally promised a written guarantee that my Karizma XMR's recurring defects are finally fixed. Instead of sending the guarantee, they are now threatening me with parking charges! Where is the accountability

How a “Flagship Bike” Almost Cost My Friend His Life
My friend @RahulTiwar41118 bought a Hero Karizma XMR in October 2024 with excitement and trust.
Within just 7,500 km, the engine head, piston rings, and starter motor were replaced FOUR TIMES.
But that wasn’t the worst part.
Right now, my bike is at the service center, and they are aggressively PRESSURING me to take this death trap back once again! I absolutely refuse. Instead of replacing it, senior management wants to offer a depreciated "valuation." You sold me a defective machine; I will not take
@HeroMotoCorp The only acceptable resolution at this point is a full refund or a brand-new replacement. I am holding off on my Consumer Court filing until we speak."
Is the new #KarizmaXMR a flagship bike or a flagship disaster? My bike (DL14SY4962) constantly breaks down in heavy traffic, leaving me stranded for hours waiting for RSA. This is what owning a "premium" @HeroMotoCorp bike actually looks like.
@HeroMotoCorp I look forward to the call from the escalation team. Just to be clear, my bike has already been 'inspected' and kept for weeks by your service centers with zero results.
@HeroMotoCorp Appreciate the response, but my patience ran out while stranded waiting for your tow trucks. A generic 'working on it' isn't acceptable after months of harassment and being lied to by the Himgiri Service Centre. The only acceptable resolution is a FULL REFUND or a NEW REPLACEMENT
I pushed it back, and they confessed they lied. They never replaced the battery or the cooling fan because parts "weren't available" and they hadn't even ordered them! They wasted 11 days just passing time. Here is the Workshop Manager’s "apology" msg. Unacceptable.@HeroCareIN
The incompetence of @HeroMotoCorp service centers is unreal. Gave my bike to Himgiri Automobiles (Jhilmil) on Feb 12 for heating & battery issues. They promised warranty replacements. After 11 days, they handed it back saying "everything is 100% fixed." It broke down 1 KM away!
I’ve lost countless days of my life dealing with this defective machine. I have all the job cards and towing videos as proof. I am officially demanding a full refund or a brand-new replacement before I take this to the Consumer Court. @HeroMotoCorp step up!

Service centers keep my bike for weeks at a time. In just 7,500km, they’ve already replaced major engine parts (cylinder head, starter motors, piston rings), yet the bike still overheats and refuses to start. It's a complete manufacturing defect—a lemon. @HeroMotoCorp @HeroCareIN
