@runr_uk It is a double edged sword for me. I feel so good once I've been out and run but it can be the hardest thing to get motivated when you feel down. I always try and remind myself of it's worth because I know its saved me in the past.

Update: Havent made a youtube video in a very long time. Truth be told, theres been a lot going on that has gotten in the way of running but I'm committed to getting the channel going again. Waiting on a replacement camera and hopefully by the end of august I'll be good to go :)
