Sorting & arranging things (beads,flowers etc) is something our ancestors would have done OFTEN-think berries,shells & leaves…It puts our brains into flow quickly, a state in which stress hormone’s dialled down,dopamine dialled up & a neurotransmitter similar to THC is released:
