I keep retyping this to find the right words, but it's impossible...
It's devastating.
Maeve shouldn't have died.
There were fundamental failures by medics, and they should've been held to account.
Now medics have a duty to prevent this ever happening again. #MaeveInquest
@Dr_M_Guthridge@oovChirrupvoo Nothing even feels ‘non-strenuous’. Moving a hand or arm feels strenuous in severe/very severe cases.
Thanks so much for the thread. I’ve only just come across it. It’s an incredibly helpful resource.
@SlCathy Just seen this. It’s stunning! My eyes hurt badly today, so my first bee ‘sighting’ was an acorn. I haven’t located it yet but will look for longer when more able. I have a special wristwatch which I never wear, with a golden bee in relief on the face. I’ll show you some time 🐝
@PKhakpour@velogubbed@dxrevisionwatch@julierehmeyer@PKhakpour Hi porochista, I’ve had ME most of my life since early ‘80s and for a long time now have been v severely affected & bedridden. I’m trying to get my head around the implications of the CCI story for us all. Do you know why you were asked to not name the neurosurgeon?
@PKhakpour@velogubbed@dxrevisionwatch@julierehmeyer I find this very odd. I asked @julierehmeyer who it is yesterday but she didn’t answer. Surely if people are patient advocates they want as many people to benefit from something they believe is beneficial as possible? I’m baffled by this. And it comes across as very controlling.
