- Squat: 435.4 lbs
- Bench: 319.6 lbs
- Deadlift: 462.9 lbs
Total: 1218
Still more work to be done. On to heavier sets!

@ShadowW3lch yeah it was kinda hard to focus on the lifting between timing warmups, making sure you don’t miss when ur called up, following all commands, choosing weights etc it’s a lot
@ShadowW3lch haha I’ll definitely try at least. Feeling good! Didn’t hit any major PRs from my gym maxes prior but it was good to get some competition experience under my belt
@Bartek_Kamyk_ I can’t speak to the hypertrophy aspect but for strength this is definitely my experience. Have worked out with a few of folks on gear and without. The common denominator on who is stronger is who is more disciplined
