When Corey Lewandowski was at the Department of Homeland Security, he approached senior Qatari officials with a proposal: Hire me on the side. He told Qataris he could help with any issues that fell under the department’s purview, such as visas, and made a similar proposal to the UAE.
Both turned him down.

This is insane...
Insurers who created this private credit AI bubble are incentivized to take on massive risk because all losses, in the case of a bankruptcy, fall entirely on the state and other insurers within that state.
There is no Federal Agency monitoring or protecting retirement funds from these risks, and there are no requirements for anything private credit is invested in to be disclosed or marked to market.
When this private credit bubble blows up, it could literally bankrupt not only insurers, but banks and the actual state government.
The entire private credit ecosystem is designed to privatize gains and socialize losses.
As I've warned numerous times, the "conspiracy theory" has always been the bankers inflated the 1929 bubble and collapsed it because they were losing control over the economy to the private creditors.
The purpose was to blow up the entire system and rebuild it with centralized power amongst a few institutions.
We're seeing history repeat today on a massive scale.
Terrifying.
Men deleted one of our ORGANS from medical textbooks. Men DELETED one of our ORGANS from MEDICAL TEXTBOOKS THAT IT WAS ALREADY IN.
Because they considered our ORGAN "IRRELEVANT".
We are just now studying it and it is a hormone secreting part of the ovaries that may hold the key to treatment of menopause. The paper from last year is titled "Rediscovering the Rete Ovarii".
They. Deleted. Our. Organs. From. Medical.
Textbooks.
Read the @hkuppy article “Datacenters Are the New Shale Oil…”
The article itself is fun, but his recollection of talking to shale CEOs back then was hilarious. This part was absolute gold.
We Need Medicare for All More Than Ever
Over and over again, I hear from critics that moving to Medicare for All is just “too expensive.” That is demonstrably untrue.
But let me tell you what IS too expensive. And that is our current healthcare system, which puts the profits of the big health insurance and drug companies ahead of the well-being of the American people.
Today, not only is our current system cruel, broken and dysfunctional, it is wildly expensive. Despite spending twice as much per capita on healthcare as other wealthy countries, we remain the only major nation on Earth not to guarantee healthcare for all. The result: 85 million Americans are uninsured or underinsured and thousands die unnecessarily every year because they can’t afford the healthcare they need.
The outrageous cost of the current American healthcare system is unsustainable. If we do nothing, it is estimated that we will spend $72 trillion over the next ten years. That is trillion with a T.
These skyrocketing costs are not only making healthcare unaffordable for ordinary Americans, they are negatively impacting businesses and our entire economy. According to a recent survey, employers in our country are expecting the cost of healthcare to skyrocket by 11% next year — the highest in decades.
Last year, as healthcare costs soared, insurance companies made over $54 billion in profits, drug companies continued to charge us, by far, the highest prices in the world for medicine, and healthcare CEOs received huge compensation packages. But that’s not all. The current system maintains massive amounts of expensive bureaucracy and administrative costs designed not to provide high quality healthcare to all, but to make executives and stockholders extraordinarily rich. It is not an accident, for example, that we spend a fraction of what other countries spend on primary healthcare and disease prevention. Not only would investments in these areas make Americans healthier, they would save tens of billions a year in keeping people out of emergency rooms and hospitals.
The Medicare for All legislation that I introduced would save the American people over $1 trillion and 114,000 lives each and every year according to researchers at the Yale School of Public Health. This legislation has 18 cosponsors in the Senate and 115 in the House. Most importantly, it now has the support of 64% of the American people, according to a poll that came out last month.
Over a four-year transition period, Medicare for All would guarantee healthcare as a human right to everyone.
In the first year, we reduce the eligibility age to 55, cover all children under 18, and expand Medicare to cover dental, vision and hearing.
In the second year, the Medicare eligibility age would be reduced to 45. And in the third year it would drop to 35.
By the fourth year, every man, woman and child would be enrolled in a Medicare for All system with no copayments, no premiums, no deductibles and no out-of-pocket expenses.
Every major country on Earth figured out decades ago how to provide universal healthcare to all of their people at a much lower cost than we do. Please don’t tell me we cannot do the same.
@cantstopstupid1@SamanthaLaDuc Could one own: commodities, precious metals, foreign and emerging market equities…. There are options beyond the S&P
👨🏫It's important for U to understand that on a day like today🔥 when institutional investors, family offices & fund managers rebalance their portfolios⚖️ take profits✂️ & lower risk profiles🦺 heading to month-end reporting📊 its outperforming #Uranium stocks that often get hit hard⚛️⛏️ which is amplified by what we call the Reverse Flywheel Effect⬇️🎡 as portfolio manager redemptions of Uranium Funds & ETF units trigger the mass selling of illiquid U stocks in the tiny U sector🔥⏬ as those Funds & ETFs have to sell their holdings to raise the redemption cash.💰 This sets off a negative feedback loop🔃 especially for U stocks with large ETF weightings who get hit the hardest when U do a scan across the landscape.📊 U stocks not held in ETFs often come out unscathed🙂 given there is no forced ETF selling of their shares. On top of that are the ETF Market Makers who are tasked with trying to keep the ETF asset value aligned with the share price, so when $URA for example has a high volume pullback, the MMs are forced to sell even more ETF holdings which further feeds that spinning Reverse Flywheel🔥⏬🎡... just so U know.🤷♂️
A formal disbarment complaint has been filed against Chief Justice John Roberts at the DC Bar, alleging a pattern of financial disclosure violations spanning two decades. The complaint alleges that Roberts failed to recuse himself from over 500 cases argued by firms that had paid his household and repeatedly mischaracterized his wife's commission income as salary on federal financial disclosure forms.
Bombshell: a former electoral counselor in Honduras has published leaked recordings proving his country's 2025 election was stolen.
The US helped put in power far-right politician Nasry "Tito" Asfura, who is closely linked to drug trafficking. Trump personally interfered in Honduras' election, and he pardoned and released from prison the country's former US-backed dictator, Juan Orlando Hernández (JOH), who was imprisoned for trafficking tons of cocaine and machine guns. JOH is from the same right-wing National Party of Asfura. His drug cartel buddies are now running Honduras once again, with Washington's full support.
The fraud in Honduras was overseen by a US-backed far-right Argentine specialist in election meddling, Fernando Cerimedo, who was recently arrested in Bolivia for hiring hitmen to try to assassinate his pregnant ex girlfriend (although they failed). This close US ally is also being investigated for drug trafficking.
I repeat: the US empire's most obedient allies/puppets in Latin America are drug traffickers and criminals.
Too many demotivated Democrats stayed home in 2016 and 2024. We can’t repeat past mistakes. In this upcoming election, we need to:
Quit calling @BernieSanders an “antisemite.”
Stop wasting time attacking Hasan Piker instead of Trump’s robber baron corruption.
Don't put Israel hawks out of touch with our voters in charge of our Middle East policy.
It is time for a reckoning: are we a party that represents corporate interests and super PACs, or will we represent the American people?
Some shocking figures in today's @washingtonpost editorial:
- "Seniors making six figures receive over a third of all Social Security benefits"
- "A husband and wife with an income around $100,000 who turned 65 years old in 2025 are expected to receive 4.4 times as much in Medicare benefits (in present value and net of premiums) as they paid in Medicare payroll taxes..."
America's heading towards bankruptcy, while forcing younger workers to subsidize the comfortable retirement lifestyles of millionaires.
If young people today don't like being told to pull themselves up by their bootstraps, maybe it's because the people giving this advice are some of the largest beneficiaries of welfare.
@ForestHumped@JoshPhilipPhair I have additional in broad basket of commodities (SDCI) and uranium (URNM), the diversification gives me a bit more comfort in getting up to 30%.
