@xFATALSUPPORTx@uhRKZ With many carriers to support, it’s not unusual to match hundreds of tracking numbers (mostly invalid) from a single email. For carriers with more distinguishable formats (e.g. UPS). We do allow matching without a carrier name. 2/2
@xFATALSUPPORTx@uhRKZ Hi, the main issue is that when you paste a number we already know it’s very likely to be a valid tracking number. But in emails especially HTML ones there can be a lot of random text in the code. 1/2
@SaculSacul There are plans, but current priority is to add more carriers. Since the web interface currently shows all packages (or all archived), the browser’s built-in search can be used as a workaround.
Amazon has made a recent change to require sign-in to view any order tracking pages. Therefore our system has lost access to them. Currently no workaround for tracking via Amazon emails, but packages other than Amazon Logistics can still be added manually.
@Tobashadow Hi, thanks for the suggestion, we will consider. In the mean time if you use auto forwarding, you can also change the filter to exclude Amazon emails.
