@baseballcrank There is a way to have a positive trade balancing through tarries. But it has to be done discreetly and methodically. One industry and one trading partner at a time. Just announcing “you’re all getting tariffs” is about as dumb a strategy as possible.

Stop providing power (they provide more than 85% to Gaza and the West Bank) and fresh water (Israel pumps in 70,000 cubic meters into Gaza daily). Without Israel, most Palestinians would starve in 6 months.
