Message @CrossCountryUK and asked if there is any carting on the 12.15 from southampton to birmingham, was told no! Comment money in bits and bobs(not cheap in the station either) then get in the tram to find a carting cart and full service!! Maybe get ur team

@CrossCountryUK Does that include using other franchise operators? I now have to use GWR and TFW which gets me into my destination 90mins later however it is Cross Country’s doing

@CrossCountryUK my train isn’t cancelled for a change! However it is delayed by approx 25 mins, missing my connection and delaying me by a further 90mins. £96 a ticket, do i get any comp?
