@Adam_V3D 100% I had this idea recently when trying to trace down some weird speed changes. Essentially the user should be able to determine what parameters are affecting an extrusion segment. Speed, lw, fan, accel.
@CNC_Kitchen@TheSlotinCore@3DPrintGeneral@3dThordsen It can be done but you need near zero humidity hot air in counterflow over a significant run of filament. The drywise system does it right, but it's expensive and BIG. This means ~1m run and molecular sieve in closed loop sealing entry/exit.
@CNC_Kitchen I went down this rabbit hole and if you are just using it for drying ( as raw media I'm a sealed box ) use activated alumina. If you are working on a process or active dryer system use 4a.
@josefprusa Josef, curious. Do the g2/g3 codes get converted to discrete linear g1 moves by the printer firmware( like klipper ) or does it perform actual arcs movements?
