The Scottish Parliament in 1707 never consented to its dissolution.
England prevented Scotland's ability to either consent or refuse.

It did not; the Scots Parliament could not dissolve itself. Only the Convention of Estates had that power.
Whilst Parliament was adjourned, the Convention of Estates could have been called-for, but no summonses were ever issued. The body with the authority to transfer sovereignty did not sit.
An English royal proclamation did the dirty work. Scotland never consented, because it was not allowed the opportunity.
