Passenger flights landing today: AC43, 841, 857.
Total: 3 flights

Cargo-only flights on planes that usually carry pax: AC7304, 7258, 7201, 7284, 7211, 7290, 7244, 7298.
Total: 8 flights

@FurnessColin @coreygardi @Transport_gc @OmarAlghabra @TerrySheehanMP @cafreeland Currently and was the case in December, non-US citizens cannot enter the US - even for transit - if they have been in the EU + UK the past 14 days. So AC did not reroute passengers through US hubs unless they were dual US-Canada citizens when UK flights were banned.

@uguccioni_p @SOS24091230 @brianlilley @JustinTrudeau @AnitaOakville Flights that begin with AC7XXX are cargo-only flights. There are hundreds of AC cargo-only flights every week.

As per AC's own website, AC is only flying passengers to/from DEL, DOH, FRA, LHR and PVG.

FYI flights that begin with number AC7XXX do not carry passengers.

Actually there are no Venice (VCE) flights today at all - passenger or cargo.

There are no flights from Rome (FCO) or Nassau (NAS) today landing at YYZ.

This would only effect
YEG-AZA (Phoenix) which is 1 flight/week
YEG-PVR which is 1 flight/week
YEG-MZT which is 1 flight/week

So new policy would only effect 3 flights/week. Not that noteworthy...

@TomPodolec Perhaps somewhat ironic, the last two flights that this plane (B-7183) flew, it was the same route - almost three weeks ago.

January 3, 2021: CZ311 YYZ-CAN

@simple_flying @thomas_boon 3. WS and AC have only been changing schedules roughly a month at a time. Therefore, March/April schedule is primarily the default schedule before COVID.

4. There is an Atlantic Bubble that includes YHZ and there has been no indication that is going to be lifted anytime soon.

@simple_flying @thomas_boon enjoyed reading your article but a few things to note...

1. Right now, transatlantic flights must only land in YYC, YVR, YYZ or YUL (i.e. KLM's AMS-YYC-YEG-AMS service).

2. YHZ-LGW/DUB/GLA/CDG and YHZ-LHR/YYT-LHR were operated by the MAX before the grounding. 1/2
