“NA ONLY MUMU DEY FORGIVE CHEATING WOMAN”-LET’S TALK ABOUT THIS. ‼️
That statement sounds strong. It sounds like the voice of a man who has his dignity intact. But let’s be honest most men who say this have never actually been in that position with a woman they deeply loved.
Because love does something to your logic.
When it is a random situationship, forgiveness feels stupid. Easy to walk away. But when it is a woman you have built something with shared nights, shared plans, shared prayers betrayal does not just make you angry. It confuses you. It makes you ask questions that have no clean answers. And in that confusion, many men stay. Not because they are mumus. But because they are human.
The truth is, forgiveness is not weakness. Choosing to forgive without demanding accountability THAT is weakness. There is a difference. A man who forgives and rebuilds on clear terms, with boundaries set and respect restored, is not a fool. He made a hard decision that most men who are loud on the internet have never had to make.
What is actually foolish is staying with someone who is not remorseful, who blames you for her choices and who repeats the behaviour. That is not love but that is self-punishment dressed in loyalty.
Every situation is different. Every man must answer to himself, not to the noise of people who were never in his shoes.
However and this is equally valid if cheating is your dealbreaker, WALK AWAY. No explanation needed. No long story. You do not owe anyone a reason for protecting your peace. A dealbreaker is not a rule you set to impress people. It is a boundary you set because you know yourself. Honour it without apology.
Real strength is knowing which battles are worth fighting and having the self-awareness to tell the difference.
BE GUIDED 👏
2. The "Quit Notice" Period:
Does the agreement respect the law? If you pay rent yearly, the law mandates a 6-month notice for recovery of possession.
Some agreements state you agree to waive the notice period especially when you owe rent.
3. The "Service Charge" Breakdown:
Demand an itemized list of what you are actually paying for.
4. Agent Fees" & "Agreement Fees":
Verify the percentage. In many states, these are regulated. Don't let an agent bully you into paying 20-30% on top of rent if the standard in your area is 10%. Ensure these payments are receipted separately from the rent.
5. The Maintenance Obligation:
Who fixes the leaking roof or the bad plumbing? A good agreement should clearly state that the landlord is responsible for structural repairs, while the tenant handles minor day-to-day wear and tear.
Warning:
Before you sign, read it twice.

Where’s that pastor Dolapo Lawal? You people should go and tell him that Arsenal have just won the premier league. He should be told to go and read Deuteronomy 18:22
Nafiu Bala, a northerner, a Muslim from Gombe State, has come forward declaring a faction within the ADC.
What is interesting is how this situation is being handled.
No one is linking his actions to his religion.
No one is attributing it to northern behavior.
No one is profiling his tribe or faith.
The conversation has remained where it should be: focused on him as an individual.
Now imagine if Bala were from the East.
We all know how quickly the narrative would shift.
It would no longer be about one man’s actions; it would suddenly become a reflection of an entire region, a tribe, or even a belief system.
He has made several claims that many consider untrue, yet no one has tied those statements to his faith or background.
And that is the point.
In Nigeria, we often choose when to generalize and when to individualize.
We decide, depending on who is involved, whether an issue belongs to one person or to an entire group.
But fairness should not be selective.
If we can treat this case as an individual matter, then that same standard must apply across all regions.
A truth… at a time.
@Adikastakes Hi @Adikastakes…please how can I dm you? I placed an order with you guys since November 27th last year and I am yet to get any update, after the first email notification I received telling me my order has been placed.
This is the worst #Arsenal performance thus far this season. Will take the 3 points, but our attack is becoming too predictable. Arteta needs to twerk the attacking patterns urgently before the second round of matches begin. #ARSWOL
Missing person alert‼️‼️‼️
This is to help raise awareness about the kidnap of a specialist brain surgeon at Nnamdi Azikiwe University Teaching Hospital, Nnewi, Anambra state,
His name is Dr. Mbanugo Tochukwu.
He was kidnapped few days ago in front of his house on the 30th of October 2025. Nobody has heard anything from him so far yet.
The report is that Dr. Mbanugo spent nearly the whole day in the theatre operating on patients which included removing a really complex brain tumour that took him hours to accomplish.
He finished surgery around 8 pm and headed home, but was unfortunately kidnapped in front of his house by unidentified armed men.
This is really a saddening situation.
As a brain surgeon in Nigeria, we barely have 250 of them, which means about 1 brain surgeon for 1 million Nigerians.
Please help raise awareness and inform all the relevant authorities. Let us help find and save the life of Dr Tochukwu.
