I got to the centre at 9 AM only to be told i have to wait till 12 noon before collection will be attended to. This experience was both unfair and unprofessional, especially since there was no prior notice about this timing change.

English: 60, Econ: 65, Govt: 60, Lit: 64
Upon totalling, his aggregate reflects 239 instead of 249. I would like to share the student's info. privately for your review.
