@Butler4GA Mark, I've been trying to receive assistance since 4/3 but no one is responding. The chat option on website isn't working. I am self-employed, filed on 4/2 and screenshot is the reply received. The new info says I should not reapply. At a loss of what to do without assistance.

@ike041476@GeorgiaDOL If this was a normal type recession we would have had months to prepare and get staffed up. We've only had two weeks to figure it out, and we are figuring it out. We have processed more claims in the last two weeks than in the last 2 years combined.
