@British_Airways As above, I’ve already completed that form during the period of waiting for the luggage to arrive, haven’t had a response. So frustrating, had we received the luggage Sunday (24 hrs late), we’d be ok but 75 hrs late proves it wasn’t a priority to @British_Airways

@British_Airways infuriating to have your luggage left off a flight once, but twice is crazy and then taken to two different couriers as the first ‘doesn’t deliver to your address’. 48 hours and still no luggage … sort it out!!

@British_Airways Bags turned up 75 hrs late, then receive an email ‘do not reply’ but also suggest I provide feedback. The service has been terrible, please confirm (already completed the complaints form on BA website) where I leave feedback? There’s been no explanation, no one to speak to at BA!

@British_Airways Well, considering the catalogue of errors so far (two failed attempt to get the luggage of aircraft and a courier that doesn’t deliver 1.5 hrs away) I really don’t hold out much hope.

@British_Airways I chased the courier as luggage been with them for 24 hrs … they told me they don’t deliver to an address 1.5 hrs drive. Why did it go them if they cannot deliver it? BA & courier have my address! It’s now with another courier,
now we’re without our luggage for a further day.

@British_Airways The tracer isn’t getting our luggage back to us, only informing us of more errors on BA’s behalf. Why has our luggage been missed off a second flight and ended up with a courier who cannot deliver to our home? The luggage could have easily been with us within 24 hours …
