@BritishGasHelp my final bill stated on the 3rd May that my credit would be refunded within 10 working days. I’m seeking further compensation as you’ve failed to meet company standards. I’ve made countless phone call and this hasn’t been sorted. Help!

@BritishGas is by far the worst company I’ve dealt with.A complaint raised took 2 months to investigate into why I was overcharged & they tried lying to justify it. Thankfully @edfenergy came to my rescue and help claim my refund which I’m still waiting for 16 days later.
