@Caissie As with a glass prism, it depends on the angle at which light passes through the droplets. Oblique angle (early morning, late afternoon) is best. Sun almost overhead, might be no visible rainbow.

@Thereseinpdx There is the question of efficacy. Putin’s standing army seems to number around 200K. They are young and mostly conscripts. And they’re not doing anywhere near as well as expected against Ukraine. How well would they do against a NATO-backed Poland?

Everyone seems to call for a No-Fly Zone as if it’s a Cloak of Invisibility in the form of a see-thru dome. It is an order in combat which likely won’t be honoured till enforced. Shooting war. Nukes.
