@LNER Yes spoke staff at assistant point and when I booked. on the train now but only just made it on time by 5 minutes before departure, shocking service we were down to board first due to disabilities but were last boarding

@LNER Passenger assistance none existent at KGX , huge rush to get my Father to the train and my son had a meltdown due to how busy it was. Told at booking what assistance was required but none was delivered very poor service

@blinkx666 @thegirlchlo_ Try the west coast of Cumbria you’ll be lucky to see a train never mind an 8 minute delay, and yes agree commuters in London rely on the tube to be on time, but compared to up here where trains don’t turn up at all and there is no other public transportation 8 minutes is nothing

@CumberlandRoads Can somebody remove the signs stating the road into Seascale is closed, people are turning away with school buses and work buses and deliveries needed today it’s going to stop alot of people heading to Seascale like it did yesterday when it was drigg closed.
