@Leaseweb I've been sitting in Live Chat for 30 minutes now while the customer support tech is "awaiting a response from USA engineers" to get an update on the current outage due to a storage controller event. My store is now actively losing money. Help!

@leasewebus @leaseweb REDUNDANT PLATFORM. Yeah. Okay, sure, whatever you say. 9 hours and 35 minutes we've had cloud services down and the best response we've received is, "Unfortunately there is still no significant update we can provide at this point." Go fuck yourself, thx.
