@NoelDolphin Far easier to supply MCS ( Megawatt Charging System) chargers at existing roadside stops. Easier to scale, and easier for small operators to use. Overhead lines on highways was always a bad idea, and now also obsolete.

A global first, our Voltap has now rapid charged its first train. Charging under the wires on the mainline and topping up at the end of branch lines. It has taken several years work to go from a study, to a off-track trial to charging a real train.
