@baxiboilers Customer Care - complete disbelief that you can treat customers in such a blasé manner. No hot water for two months and I have now been holding on for THREE HOURS to speak about a promised delivery.

@baxiboilers I was promised last Thursday by Lena that she would@ring me at 1pm today to confirm delivery of my Megaflow replacement. Nothing. Holding on for an hour now to speak to her. Appalling customer care!
@baxiboilers are you scamming me? I have been waiting for an hour now for your “award winning” customer care team to confirm my Megaflow is coming. 2+ months with no hot water, false promises and perhaps the best lying service!
@baxiboilers appalled by the service received. I was offered a replacement megaflow on 3rd May. Reassured in writing would receive it on 2nd June. Told yesterday all in order; today told customer service is awaiting an update. No hot water for 2 months!!!

I used to do workshop at The Early Bird Cafe helping people create their own books for self publishing and met SO many interesting people with interesting ideas. Always dreamed of doing this from a permanent space!
