Project Showcase: Venice Art Place. As part of a community-based process to determine the new use of the site, we helped develop a program/conceptual design for a future artist colony. Temporarily, it'll become bridge housing for individuals suffering from homelessness in Venice.
OACLA recently partnered with @MayorOfLA to help small businesses in #BoyleHeights re-open in accordance with COVID-19 regulations. As part of this effort, the city launched a new program to transform parking spaces into parklets in front of restaurants/cafes. @capuyocafe
