The C# unit tests will be moved to nunit 3.x as part of the next OpenMAMA release.

There are changes incoming relating to the C# build infrastructure to confirm to .NET Standard 2.0 for all APIs and .NET Core for all example application rather than .NET framework so that we can successfully support C# on both Linux and Windows.
