@mia_uga@PoliceUg@NCIC_Ug@NIRA_Ug@mkainerugaba Since UPF Mobi is never updated, could recovered passports be channelled to DCIC, which could notify owners using registered contacts? Could NIRA do the same for recovered national IDs?
International health-sector investors, including institutions, should not focus on providing basic health services in Uganda. They are most impactful when focused on highly specialised care.

Important Reminder for LDC Applicants Not Admitted: I encourage you to revisit the fundamental economic principle of the law of demand and supply.
Understanding this concept could provide valuable insights as you reflect on your application and plan your next steps. @LDC_Uganda
I attended a wedding of a rich friend yesterday. He’s 40 and his wife is 43. They both have PhDs and enormous wealth from their academic careers and authoring books. We were only 21 people at the venue and he complained that that’s a lot. He spent only 1,000€ and that’s basically on food, drinks and venue. No decoration. No car hire. No pomp and glare. Last November I attended a wedding where there was no food. Just champagne and a snack. There were 13 people in church and we were just 7 at their home—reception. They’re rich but cannot spend money like they stole it.
In my country, a wedding is like a contest for begging and spending money on luxury. It’s like a festival for gathering hundreds of hungry people and feeding them. After the wedding, the newly wed lumber with debts and grudges emanating from false expectations—friends who didn’t contribute. Then explaining to those who were not invited.
They even told us that they are going to Rwanda for honeymoon. To sunbathe, do gorilla tracking and have incredible sex In alfresco. A Ugandan would think that you want to bewitch them or cause an aeroplane crash or close the airport 😂. No one will tell you 🤣
