Delhi Govt to hoist 500 National Flags across Delhi on the occasion of 75 years of Independence. The budget allocated is Rs. 45 crore

Rs.9 lac for each flag to be hoisted!

Rs.40,000 was the sum allocated for the rehabilitation of a manual scavenger by the same govt! Priorities!
