@ruffydfire This is pure love, not political motivation. His interest is the security and welfare of the citizens. May God continue to protect VDM and grant him more strength to stand for the people.
Many religious leaders who were vocal during Jonathan’s tenure have chosen to remain silent today, despite the challenges facing the country. The silence is difficult for many people to understand.
Because it hasn’t happened to you, you think everything is fine and choose to stay silent. No worries, everyone hopes they never have to face it themselves.
Insecurity is affecting us all. If it can happen to one person, it can happen to anyone. Everyone should speak up and demand a safer and more secure society for all.
You won my heart for this. Most of our youths need brain surgery 😄. Why is it so difficult for the government to verify that the video was doctored before spreading false accusations and threatening the wrong person, all because of personal hatred despite his good work for the citizens?
There was a video in circulation that was/is capable of setting up a part of the country against the government and the rest of the country, which turned out to be doctored and no way to verify the extent to which the video has traveled to, yet you people didn’t think it was necessary for the person alleged to have released the video to issue a simple disclaimer and deny the authorship of the video, even without being asked to. I suppose that’s the right and commonsensical thing to do. In fact, if possible, volunteer to track down or support the tracking down of the person who released such destructive video to the public.
I know when emotions are high, we often suspend applying common sense, but we must not allow our hate or disgust for the persons in government and loyalty to online activists to blind us from saying the truth. As much as I am all for holding the government accountable and responsible, where and when necessary, it’s even a part of the mechanisms that strengthen our democracy; it is not at the expense of threatening the corporate existent and peace of the entire nation, which is the ulterior motive of whoever is responsible for the making, release and wider circulation of that dangerous and perilous video.
In the end, we all know what we are doing. Whichever side we pick today, prosperity awaits everyone in the next phase of life.

@famesh2002@OfficialDSSNG So you can’t petition DSS over kidnapping and banditry activities across the country, but you can file petitions over fake news? Many of you seriously need brain surgery.
