“I want this country [Britain] to become a shithole. I want this country to descend into a f*cking nightmare.”
— @PaulGolding of @BFirstParty.
These charlatan “patriots” are money first, Britain last, and Christianity when it involves Islam and Muslims.
POTUS, A few weeks ago you were imposing tarrifs on the UK? You were threatening NATO allies Greenland and Canada? Not that many weeks ago you were smirking, calling our soldiers and 'fallen' heros cowards. You were posting nonsense about free speech here in the UK. You were posting lies about lawless London? You were posting lies about Sharia law spreading across the UK? You were sharing lies about 'two tier policing'? I think it best for both our country's if you simply stick your 'special relationship' up your fat, wrinkly, orange arse @CNN@ABC@PBS@washingtonpost@nypost
@zatzi We joined in 1951
It was in response to the Nazis passing laws that allowed them to commit the holocaust
It was decided that individual states shouldn’t have the power to remove basic human rights of its citizens so it can commit genocides
Shame this article is behind a pay wall. From poor air quality to knife crime, everything is improving. The UK is a pretty good country- why the numbers leaving are at record lows. Violent, lawless, broken Britain? The facts tell a different story

@PoliticalPartr1@NigelGararge@meadwaj@grok You posted a graph plotting the price of GAS in the UK trying to prove that the Ukraine war has not increased the price of GAS. However, the graph actually showed that gas prices have doubled since before the war
@PoliticalPartr1@NigelGararge@meadwaj@grok The thread above is about the price of electricity. We are talking specifically about the price of wholesale gas, which I have proven has risen significantly
@PoliticalPartr1@NigelGararge@meadwaj Of course it does. Norway are free to sell gas to whoever they want. If there is less Russian gas being supplied to Europe, then there is more demand for Norway's gas. Hence, the price rises
@mattyniven@elainek45111681@ejwwest@Ed_Miliband That's a completely different article to the one posted previously. Keep trying and one of these articles might eventually make a valid point.
@mattyniven@elainek45111681@ejwwest@Ed_Miliband And yes, I have read the Substack article and I've already explained why this has a minimal impact on our energy cost. Our electricity cost is linked to the wholesale price of gas which is very expensive compared to other source of electricity
@mattyniven@elainek45111681@ejwwest@Ed_Miliband The government spokesperson doesn't explain why it's misleading and then goes on to try and explain that fossil fuels are still required, so effectively trying to justify the subsidies. Are you denying that fossil fuels are heavily government subsidised?
