[Operators Studio @opsstudiovc]

Operators Studio is stoked to have participated in this round in @noondesign

Noon is redefining how product design should happen in the AI era. Check it out for early access https://t.co/6WgShEMx99

[Noon @noondesign]

Today we’re emerging from stealth and announcing our $44M fundraise with support from @chemistry, @firstround, @ScribbleVC, @svangel, @AforeVC, @ElevCap, @homebrew and @Firestreakvc and industry leaders who share our vision of rebuilding product design from the ground up, with AI at the core.

[Chetan Reddy @mchetanreddy500]

We've raised $22.5M in total Series A funding for Confido Health, including a new $12.5M extension led by @z47_vc.

Medicine has added decades to our lives, yet patients still lose weeks to paperwork.

We're building AI agents to give healthcare teams more capacity to care.

Aule Space has been selected for the 2026/27 cohort of Creative Destruction Lab (CDL) Space, led by @Cmdr_Hadfield

@creativedlab is a non-profit accelerator focusing on the commercialisation of science and technology to shape a more sustainable future.

A question I often get from LPs is how @opsstudiovc adds value to founders.

Here are all the things I have been supporting portfolio founders with just over the last week:

- Raising a follow-on as efficiently as possible, given the company recently hit a growth inflexion point: Everything from intros to deck prep to backchannels to structuring to....

- Flipping the business to Canada, raising a top-up to enable that: How to structure it? Valuation etc?

- Thinking through two soft acquisition offers: Should we take it? What's the right price? How to structure it?

- Dipsticks for two potential Series Bs in the Fall: What are investors looking for? What will be the key questions that need answering? Can we speak with a handful of friendlies?

- Executive hiring at seed stage: Can you speak to a senior hire to convince them? How do we manage this awesome candidate who is asking for ridiculous equity without appropriate vesting? How do we structure comp given we are tight on cash?

- A difficult conversation about major business headwinds: How do we survive? Or does it even make sense to survive?

This is just the last week.

Every second fund is trying to claim that "we are ex-operators"/ "we are founder-led capital"/ "we will help you build".

At Operators Studio, I don't like to make these claims. I just show up every day, unblock founders in the trenches for years and years, and let our family of founders do the talking on our behalf.

The noise in Deeptech/Physical AI at pre-seed/seed is insane right now.

At a high-level, many teams are pedigreed, have good stories in large markets, and some early hardware/software execution as well.

To cut through the noise, I am significantly raising the bar specifically in a couple of areas of evaluation:

(1) Irrespective of Deeptech, are they likely to be great long-term entrepreneurs? - grit, resilience, seriousness-quotient, frugality, resourcefulness, ability to sell, ability to hire.

(2) Leaving Deeptech aside, is there strategic thinking & a viable path to this idea/ project eventually becoming a large business?

Good news is even with all the clutter, few teams are able to cross both these filters.

#125: #AIRadarDaily — @confidohealth

There is a quiet, exhausting reality behind every medical specialty clinic. Healthcare was simply never designed for scale: talent is scarce, clinical burnout is at an all-time high, and administrative costs compound with every patient visit. Front-desk teams spend their days trapped in endless phone queues — rescheduling appointments, verifying insurance benefits, chasing prescription refills, and managing post-surgery instructions. We ask clinicians to deliver deeply empathetic care, yet we force the practices around them to operate as overloaded human switchboards. The result is a broken access layer where patients wait on hold and staff are completely overwhelmed.

It takes builders with deep operational empathy and the technical rigor to turn complex patient operations into scalable software to solve this at the root. That is exactly what Chetan Reddy (@mchetanreddy500) and Vichar Shroff (@ShroffVichar) did when they founded Confido Health in 2022.

With Confido, the team is building a deeply intelligent, autonomous operations layer that works across the front, mid, and back office for US healthcare providers and surgical clinics.

The engineering under the hood is beautiful in its clarity. Confido deploys HIPAA-compliant voice and workflow AI agents that integrate directly into existing EHR and practice management systems without requiring a rip-and-replace. These agents answer every call on the first ring and autonomously complete the underlying workflow — whether that is booking appointments, running prior authorizations, checking eligibility, or handling pre- and post-surgery patient instructions.

The true moat here is end-to-end execution across high-volume specialties. Confido doesn't just route messages; it writes back directly to the chart and turns messy payer interactions into structured data that reveals exactly where revenue is leaking. By delivering three times more patient touchpoints while cutting inbound call volume by 60%, the platform saves hospital staff at least two hours every single day. It shifts the paradigm from overwhelmed manual triage to effortless, 24/7 patient-first care.

The market? High-volume specialty clinics — from surgical centers and nephrology to ophthalmology and multi-location dental groups across the US — that desperately need to scale their patient access without linearly scaling their headcount.

Seeing homegrown founders head-down, quietly architecting the heavy-duty infrastructure that makes US healthcare accessible and human again, is profoundly inspiring. They are giving clinics their momentum and their capacity to care back.

Every founder dreams of reaching orbit. Sometimes, all it takes is the right launch window. If you are building an AI-first healthcare startup and looking to experience the US market firsthand, applications for @AIBoomi Vertical Velocity Cohort 2 are now live: https://t.co/NtZwqDsVDV

Let's celebrate the builders.

We have successfully tested our relative guidance, navigation, and control (GNC) stack at ISRO’s Rendezvous Simulation Laboratory (RSL), achieving TRL 6. We are the first private company to access and test at this facility.

[Aule Space @AuleSpace]

How do you test for the microgravity of space while being on the ground?

Docking two satellites in orbit is one of the hardest problems in space. Testing it on the ground is almost as hard.

One of the best ways to do it is an air-bearing test bed. So we built one in-house.
