A lot of this is down to the high rate of unemployment in young men but brexit is definitely flairing tensions.

@JSHeappey @sajidjavid £10.50 living wage is a terrible idea. What about all those workers who have some form of training who earn that at the moment. Why bother training for anything when you can earn 24k a year with no skills.
