@VenmoSupport For the 3rd time, the app is down therefore the app cannot be used to get help. The phone number directs you to a website that directs you to the app. HOW DO I GET ACTUAL HELP FROM A HUMAN??!

I stopped shopping at @Macys years ago. Sadly I made the mistake of shopping there this year. Ordered an item on Dec 14, time of arrival was to be Dec 18. They didn't ship until the 18th and now it won't be here until AFTER Christmas. Completely useless. Will be returning.

@insideFPL I just logged in to make a payment however it says "This account cannot make payments at this time. Call Florida Power and Light at 8003752434". I called but the office is closed. I better not be charged a late fee due to FPL's incompetence in taking payments π
