Of course, the ORP executive leadership is completely caucus corrupted.

But, on a positive note, here's my top 10 most highly effective county parties:

1. Clackamas
2. Josephine
3. Lane
4. Yamhill
5. Malheur
6. Benton
7. Lincoln
8. Umatilla
9. Jackson
10. Columbia

There's more counties than this who are doing great things. But if you're in a bigger county, like Marion, that I didn't mention, it likely means I'm on the fence.

Political parties are controlled by the party members, not the corrupt party heads.

This is a letter from Stephen Joncus to corrupt ORP Chair Connie Welchel, who stands silently by as county party chairs rig the rules to benefit their corrupt handlers in the legislature.

She is complicit in facilitating corruption throughout the party.
