My man @rmboosjr went and ran 24 miles yesterday - one for each of the names submitted to our #RunForTheFallen When tiring towards the end, I told him it was ok to walk some. He said, “I can’t. That would be disrespectful.” An incredible human.

Day 5 of #ordinarymarathon and I put in 4 more miles. This running on my “new knee” thing is getting a bit easier. Running for Deaf and Hatd of Hearing today. Ended my run with the ASL sign for RUN. @OrdinaryRace
