@jidesanwoolu I believe the government can use the citizens as a monitoring tool. Create a dedicated channel to report non-compliance with pictorial evidence which can be actioned. Once there are few examples, at least there is some enforcement.

@TolaSeedy I agree with this. I remember how shocked my Dad was when I demanded he always say "thank you" when did something he requested I help him with. That was a legendary fight in my house. He couldn’t process it initially but eventually did that. Everyone was surprised he did.
